Jacky Sutton-Adam

Yes, this is me!  Currently based in East Anglia, UK, where I live with my husband, Paul and dog, Pippin. I've been seriously foraging, teaching (and learning)  about wild food plants since 2004, although truth be told, 'Can I eat it?' was one of my frequent childhood questions!

I was inspired to start this wild food journey after doing some mind, soul and life altering bush-craft courses.  Wild food and foraging connects us with the planet, our ancestors and hunter-gatherer communities around the world. I've found it to be a powerful restorative and highly satisfying experience.

My mission is to help people connect with nature and their environment, to  find and share the  wonder and value in a common weed, and to inspire people to explore how wild food plants can become a healthy,  tasty and nutritious part of their diet.
