Hi and welcome to the wonderful world of wild food!

In these changing times, we're faced with daily dilemmas when it comes to eating. Where does our food come from? What has it cost our society and our planet to produce it? Can we afford to continue with our energy intensive food producing ways? What changes can we make to make a difference?

If any of these questions have ever entered your mind, then read on!

Wild food in Britain is local, abundant, has no costly packaging and is healthy and nutritious: with a little know how, we can all improve our lifestyles and reduce our carbon footprints by incorporating a little wild food into our diets. I offer classes, lunches and workshops to help people learn about and explore wild food plants.

If you live or work in the Cambridge area, you're welcome to join me on one of my guided forage walks, or if eating's your thing, check out the Autumn Wandlebury forage and lunch.  There's also a chance to dive deeper with my Autumn Wild Food Weekend.  Why not keep in touch and join  my email list?
