Discovering Wild Foods in Wild Places
Description: Where to find your wild food plants around Cambridge's green and wilder places! April and May are among the most abundant of months for wild greens - usefully filling the veg gap between winter roots and the first of the garden produce. This course will show you how to identify the edible plants, avoid the nasty ones and includes easy recipes to inspire your wild food journey at home.
Maximum numbers: 10Dates: 5 consecutive Wednesday evenings 7 - 9pm; 22nd, 29th April; 6th, 13th, 20th May 2009 with a cosy pub venue in the event of wet weather!
