Description: Join me for a wild food lunch and guided forage. The day will start with an overview of the essential knowledge needed for safe and successful wild food plant collecting, and tips on adding free, nutritious, eco-friendly elements to your diet. Then there's a guided forage in the grounds of Wandlebury to collect a few wild delicacies to cook and eat together. More tasty dishes featuring wild food plants made with local and organic ingredients will supplement what we cook, and then we'll enjoy a wonderful wild dining experience! This promises to be a fun and easy practical introduction to the exciting world of wild food plants. Venue directions with booking.
